2.2 The scope, price, and timeline of the Services will be detailed in a written contract (“Contract”) between the Company and the Customer.

  1. Pricing and Payment

3.1 The price of the Services will be agreed upon in the Contract and may be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances, such as the discovery of hidden defects or the need for additional work. Any changes will be communicated to the Customer in writing and agreed upon before proceeding.

3.2 Payment terms:

* A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total project cost is due upon instruction to commence work.

* Part payments, as agreed upon in advance and outlined in the Contract, may be due at specific project milestones.

* The remaining balance is due in full upon completion of the Services and the Customer’s satisfaction, as confirmed in writing.

3.3 Late payments may incur additional fees or interest at a rate of 10% per annum, calculated daily on the outstanding balance.

 

  1. Customer Responsibilities

4.1 The Customer is responsible for obtaining any necessary permits or approvals for the Services.

4.2 The Customer must provide the Company with clear access to the work area and ensure a safe working environment.

4.3 The Customer must promptly notify the Company of any issues or concerns regarding the Services.

  1. Company Responsibilities

5.1 The Company will perform the Services with reasonable care and skill, in accordance with industry standards.

5.2 The Company will use materials of good quality and ensure that all work is completed to a high standard.

5.3 The Company will maintain appropriate insurance coverage for the Services.

  1. Warranty

6.1 The Company provides a warranty for the Services as detailed in the Contract. This warranty may vary depending on the type of service provided.

6.2 The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by the Customer, or issues arising from improper maintenance.

  1. Liability

7.1 The Company’s liability for any loss or damage arising from the Services is limited to the amount paid for the Services.

7.2 The Company is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages.

  1. Termination

8.1 Either party may terminate the Contract with written notice in accordance with the terms specified in the Contract.
